Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of quotaSync (quotasync.com), a production, activity, and commission tracking service for insurance agencies. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Your account and agency

An agency account is opened by its owner, who can invite staff users. You're responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your agency's accounts. You must provide accurate information at signup.

2. Subscription and billing

quotaSync costs $99 per month per agency (unlimited staff), billed through Stripe. New agencies get a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required to start it, and billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from the billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial months aren't refunded. Referral credits are applied to future invoices and have no cash value. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Your data

Your agency's data belongs to your agency. We don't sell it and we access it only to operate and support the service. If your subscription ends, your data is retained so you can resubscribe; you may request deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach security or access other agencies' data, no reselling the service, and no interfering with its operation. Don't enter data you don't have the right to store.

5. Service availability

We work to keep quotaSync available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Commission and pay figures produced by quotaSync are a bookkeeping aid — verify them before relying on them for payroll or legal purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, quotaSync's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or don't pay. On termination for violation, no refund is owed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
