This policy describes what quotaSync (quotasync.com) collects and how it's used.

What we collect

Account information: names, email addresses, and passwords (stored hashed) for agency users.
Agency business data: what your agency enters to use the service — applications, policies, premiums, activity counts, hours, PTO, compensation plans, and statements. quotaSync is designed so agencies don't enter their customers' personal information.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe — quotaSync never sees or stores card numbers.
Usage data: standard server logs and diagnostics (IP addresses, pages requested, errors) used to operate and secure the service.

How it's used

To provide the service, calculate the numbers you ask it to calculate, send service emails (statement notifications, weekly digests, account emails), process subscription payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

quotaSync runs on Microsoft Azure (hosting and database, United States), uses Stripe for payments, and Twilio SendGrid for transactional email. Each processes data only to provide those services.

Cookies

quotaSync uses only functional cookies: keeping you signed in and remembering preferences like your theme. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your agency has an account (including after a canceled subscription, so you can resubscribe). Email support@quotasync.com to request deletion of your agency and its data.
